  • Very tasty, very fresh and VERY CHEAP. Silverstein's supplies bread in bulks to many other retailers, so you cut out the middle man by going to the source and therefore get a cheaper deal for fresh, same-quality bread. The entrance is a bit shady. You walk in an unmarked red door and go up some steps, then come out onto the factory floor. I felt like I was in an "employee-only zone" and was a bit confused. But turns out you can just walk on through and someone will come help you. They have the cutest old wooden cash register, and the employees were all really courteous and friendly. Anyways I would definitely go back but I do wish they'd get a more inviting/obvious store front. It took me years to actually decide to go inside!
