  • This particular location is hit or miss. What day of the week it is and what time of day you go will impact your experience. Going mid morning on a weekend or the morning rush on a week day are just out of the question for me here. Long lines and long wait times on your drink. Drive thru can be just as lengthy as going in to order. Pay attention to the photo where the cars are lined up for the drive-thru and wrapped around into the parking lot. Depending on the length of the drive-thru line you may have to wait a bit to get out of the parking lot depending on where you parked as the drive-thru line has blocked your exit. This location is constantly hammered with business and the baristas do a good job of keeping up, but your drink quality will suffer for this. I have ordered my usual several times at this location and after one too many poorly made drinks I now avoid. The odds of getting an incorrect drink at this location increase as well. What is surprising to me now is that I get better service and drink quality at supermarket Starbucks locations than I can at this location. Does not help that this location is right next to Costco and a Kneaders Bakery and several other restaurants and stores in the San Tan Mall area. It is a prime location for business and due to the heavy volume of business it receives it may not appeal to you. The only way I would stop here now is if I was on my way to another store in the area and it was during a slow time of day. Otherwise, I avoid.
