  • My husband and I hired Rich to cater our reception and have zero regrets. From the very first interaction, he was quick to respond and up front and clear about his pricing and what he could offer us. After contacting so many businesses in the industry and waiting days to get a response or sometimes never hearing back, this was so refreshing. We were able to meet up with him to sample some of his food and it was GOOD. The night of our party, the food was even more delicious! Rich and his guys were there on time, already preparing everything, getting it all set up, making the night stress-free for us. The pulled pork and brisket were so fresh, tender and flavorful and all the sides were amazing as well. We had guests going up for seconds, it was that good. Rich brought along some guys to help us out with clean up since our venue was all DIY and we really appreciated that too. They were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to hire Up N Smoke again and hope we have another excuse to get them out to cater a party for us! Thank you, Rich!
