This outlet has potential.
But in order for that to happen, a facelift needs to happen with the interior. They did a good job in reconstructing the exterior to look more modern and to match more like its sister North site but the inside lacks character and energy. It's almost sad.
The stores within the mall are getting better but not as good at the North location. This is the only reason I'd visit if I'm not in the mood to travel far for a specific item I need. The Nike Outlet, Pac Sun and Zumiez are my top stores here since I tend to be at the Fashion Show Mall with their options (Topshop, Zara; etc) but you can really find something here for a good deal. I'm never here to kill time though. The atmosphere isn't my favorite and I'm almost always needing a cup of coffee as I'm leaving.
It'll be cool if they gutted the tiles, added skylights throughout to have more natural light inside, and create a more chic and modern environment that makes it enjoyable. In a city that's always changing, this mall deserves to change for the better since it's already on The Strip. Then it'll flourish.
