  • BMW Henderson has terrible, horrible, and the worst service. I had to buy my car at BMW Las Vegas even though my home is walking distance to Henderson BMW. The dealer at Henderson BMW gave me a terrible deal and told me that's the best deal she could give me. After purchasing my car at BMW Las Vegas, I requested to transfer registration service to BMW Henderson since they have same ownership. When I called BMW Henderson, they just totally ignored me and informed me that I need to call the one where I bought my car from. Highly recommend BMW Las Vegas, the dealers will help you get all discounts and good deals that you are qualified for and the service rep really takes care about you. Update: 6/22/17 is my second time to come BMW Henderson for maintenance. Still bad service. No body in front desk. And the lady in the front desk just ignored. Update: 6/30/18 after my regular maintenance, the service advisor told me the wipers needed to be replaced for a total of 50 plus tax, and I showed him my 10% off coupon and he agreed. After getting home, I checked the invoice as follows: Labor: 10 Parts: 39.98 MISC charge: 5 Tax: Discount: 5 Total: Looks like they tried to scam me for the 5 dollars discount with the MISC charge. Also, the 10% is on what? I called them back. They said the MISC charge was supposed to be 1.2 and they would refund 3.8. Funny, ridiculous, and unprofessional. So be careful of BMW Henderson even you are doing your free car maintenance cuz they may scam you for even a penny.
