| - Sooo...I'm not sure who trained these girls in the cafe, but they have no knowledge of customer service or courtesy. When my friend and I walked in, we were not greeted, oh no, whatever conversation these employees were having was way more important than noticing customers waiting at the cash register. When they finally noticed, we got the Batista with a little attitude. She wasn't like, rude, but she wasn't pleasant at all. Her whole demeanor said "f*ck off", and when they finished my drink they didn't even bother to tell me...it sat there for awhile before I got up to go check on it. I regret wasting my money here, service sucked, and honestly, service is so important. You not only represent yourself, but the business you work for , and this experience has further affirmated my dislike for Starbucks. Work on your attitudes.
