  • This place is an elitist joke. I'm on straight Medicaid, because I'm disabled, and I was informed last year that they wouldn't be taking my insurance any longer, then in about October-November I was sent a letter saying that they were still going to take straight Medicaid, so around the same I made all my doctors appointments for this year, and the jerks even called the other day to confirm! Well this morning I was told that they weren't accepting straight Medicaid anymore, and I went off, and I told the girl, Jessica, on the other end that I wasn't a ping pong ball, and I was sick of this back and forth " we take Medicaid, we don't take Medicaid ", that I was a human being, not an insurance, and most of my doctors were with Southwest. I was told that in 2-3days I would get a call concerning this, and I told them no I wouldn't accept 2-3days, and I expected a phone call ASAP! This place had better get thier act together, or they may one day be talking to someone's lawyer about discrimination.
