Walked in at 4pm on a Tuesday afternoon two weeks ago, the woman at the front desk looked highly miserable. She took my son's name down and said the wait would be twenty minutes. After waiting 40 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgment, my son and I left. When we got in the car, my six year old mentioned how he didn't see a single person in there smiling, and he wondered why they were all so sad. I had high hopes for this spot, but they let me down terribly. Too many great barbershops in town to waste your time waiting around this downer-ville. Cheer up, ladies! Your jobs depend on it!
