  • I went on a Friday night with a group of 10 other girls in late November 2010 Atmosphere: The website gives you a western/cowboy vibe. I didn't get that from the physical location. But the menu is typed in a 'western' font that is very hard to read, especially in the dimly lit restaurant and a beer or two down the throat. The restaurant is small, so going with a large group, on a weekend evening I would not recommend due to limited seating. I think the restaurant may hold 30 people, so not too small, but be cautious when rounding up a group of friends. Service: Not a fan at all of the two servers who were present the night we went, especially ours. I was one of the last girls to arrive. There were no more chairs for me to be seated at, and the server did not seem to care in the slightest. I ended up squatting/seating on a raised baseboard that kept me almost eye level. I knew there was nothing the server could do at the moment, so I didn't say a word, besides telling her to remember I need a chair when one is free. When I got up to go to the bathroom, I saw that a four top table had not only finished, but left the resto, and their table had been cleaned for a few minutes. I was beyond annoyed that the server felt no need in informing me of the option to get a chair or to be pro-active in bringing a chair over to our table to offer for me so I could sit like a human. Throughout the service she seemed annoyed with our table and just anything we asked of her. We didn't all arrive together so yes, orders went in at different times, and drinks were ordered continually. Also, for a restaurant with an open kitchen (something I do always like) the size of a living room, getting her attention was quite the hassle. Food/Drinks: I ordered the appetizer - Cheese Burger Springroll: 3 pieces for $6. It came out quick, served on a bed of lettuce, crispy, hot, and it was tasty. It was a small portion, it really was a app for one person. Everyone else's food looked pretty good, no food complaints as far as I saw. I mentioned the open kitchen before, but I like them because it does give me a better feeling when I can see the area where food is prepared.. Bang for the Buck? Eh, yea. Good locales, decent foods, plenty of drinks. I might try it again if I'm in the neighborhood.
