  • We waited FOREVER for my partner to get someone to help him with getting measured for new frames (2 hours waiting to get measured, NOT waiting for the glasses to be made). This was on a Sunday. If they had told us to go and come back at a certain time, that would have been fine. However they seemed to let us wait, without any word as to what was going on.
