  • I received a notice that I had to have a new license photo taken so I traveled to the MVD office which I had not been to in several years. Last time I went there, they gave you a number and you could sit and relax until your number was called. Now they make you wait on a line standing up, in my case for about 45 minutes. They, for some reason stopped using a system that was much more convenient and comfortable to a system where you have to wait on a long like like you do at an amusement park. I have no idea why they did this but they should have consideration for their customers and go back to the old system.
