  • You can't wrong with Grouchy John's coffee shop (and drink). Their signature drink has white chocolate and amaretto, which is amazingly delicious. It's what I get every time, whether it's hot, iced, or blended. Their specialty drink menu sounds so divine! I'll have to try one with almond roca next time. Located near the Windmill/215 it's just a short drive on Maryland. Grouchy John's conveniently has a drive thru, which is an absolute must for this busy mommy. I love that I can get my caffeine fix without waking the baby or hauling the kid in and out of the car. Service is amazing here. The baristas are friendly and upbeat. I have been inside a few times and it's very artsy and tailored to Star Wars fans. There is also an outdoor patio with seating.
