  • If I could I would give zero stars. I have been a Sprint customer for over 10 years and this store is why I will never buy a phone from a retail store again. They take advantage of people and they quote Sprint corporate policy when they want to get out of having to remedy a mistake they made. In the same breath they tell you that they aren't a Sprint-owned corporate store so they can help you out with prices of things like Otterbox cases, etc. I will never go to this store again and I will be telling everyone I know to never buy from this store.
