  • Love national emerald aisle and emerald reserve. Today at the checkout I think she failed to take the customer service course. I handed her my drivers license and she asked for my contract, I was attempting to pull up my reservation and she said are you emerald aisle? I said yes. Well why didn't you tell me that, she snapped. When I advised her of some scratches on the car I was told that's normal wear and tear...humm okay, let me make a note of that the next time they tell me I put a scratch on the car. Normally National is a solid 4, 5 if they bother to actually clean the car.
