I brought my puppy, Liberty, to visit Dr B for her first exam and vaccines with a fecal test for parasites. Everything went very well. I really liked the individualized and breed specific approach to their client education. Dr B pulled up specific educational slides on the exam room tv screen to discuss issues to watch out for in Liberty's breed. He answered all my questions and gave me guidance in the areas I requested. I appreciated that he had an assistant hold Liberty the whole time while he was in the room so I could pay attention to him since Liberty is a wiggly puppy. Dr B and his assistant brought Liberty to their treatment area, away from me, to give her vaccines and try to collect her fecal sample. I know some people don't like their puppy taken from them to perform vaccines, etc. I didn't mind and I feel confident that, had I asked, they would have administered vaccines and obtained her fecal sample in the exam room with me. The check in and out process was quick and easy. They have puppy classes and socialization days on the weekends which is really awesome and unique. We really liked our appointment.
