  • If I could give negative stars I would. Their billing and wait times to regularly deal with constant mistakes is insane. The product itself is great... Prism tv, but you will be told one thing when you sign up and constantly surprised by the bill. When you try to resolve, it won't get resolved. In 4 months of service, I have overpaid by $198 not including the $100 visa gift card promised which of course I never received. You also can't talk to anyone in billing other than m-f. I'll be demanding my refund and contacting necessary consumer advocates. Century link is a horrible company with dishonest and bait and switch practices.
