  • I called this company in a complete panic because of a sudden fly infestation inside my home. My call was forwarded to Ryan and he spoke to me very calmly to assess what was going on. Ryan assured me that he would help me with this problem. I tried to call the company that has been treating my home and not only were they not available they never called me back. Within a matter of minutes Ryan sent Jesse to my home to get rid of the flies (Friday evening). I have never been more pleased with a company's customer service. Our family is new to the San Tan Valley area and Jesse not only came and alleviated the problem he was very informative about the area and the cause of the recent infestation. I am proud to say that I have not seen a fly inside my home since he treated it! I am in the process of firing our current pest control company and I will be a proud member of the Defense team from now on. THANK YOU Jesse and the Defense team!
