  • Made an online order and when I get there, they tell me they are out of half of the ingredients they need to make anything. So they can give me my smoothie, but not my sandwich or side. When I asked why I wasn't called, the cashier got an attitude with me and implied that I don't know my own number. They refused to give me a refund, saying if I wanted my sandwich I could come back tomorrow to get it. And seemed to have zero sympathy for how much they were inconveniencing me. BONUS - my smoothie had a hair in it! AVOID THIS PLACE.
