  • I walked in for the first time, in order to open a checking and savings account. Nobody came off as friendly or approachable. No one said anything to me, there was no greeting nor any direction. Also, there was a sign for the beginning of the line, however it was covered by some decorations so I couldn't see it. Politely I am standing in line behind a customer when another walks up. The tellers have seen me standing there. I'm 6'6, kinda hard to miss.. they take the lady who is in "line" next. The place I should have been but the sign was covered. That's enough of a first impression for me to take my business elsewhere.
