Location: Right in the middle of downtown with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. You feel like you're right in the middle of everything and you can walk to just about everything.
Room: The room was a decent size, included a mini fridge, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom was clean but the room itself is a little beat. There's stains on the carpet and all the chairs which skeeves me out a bit but. I had zero view from my room except the brick exterior of another wing of the hotel.
One major complaint I have about the room is that there's no closet or space to hang any clothes. No ironing board or iron, and no safe. The light switches are also somewhat inconvenient, with the exception of the switch at the entrance all lights have to be turned on by reaching up under the lampshade of each light.
Maybe I'm just a little tired of staying here, I've been here on business for over a week and the lack of a view and grimy furniture is starting to get to me. But if I were stopping in Toronto for just a night I wouldn't have a problem with staying here.
The hotel has been generally quiet...except for the couple banging in the room next door to me the other night..
