  • I've only been to this place twice and I have to conclude that I won't be visiting again. This is mainly due to poor service. During my first visit, I ordered a second glass of Shiraz and our server brought me a different type of wine which she claimed to be Shiraz. I told her that this wasn't it and she took it away and served me the Shiraz. My friends asked for beers a couple of times before it came. We also asked for cups and a bottle of chaser a couple of times before it came. The worst was when we ordered Sheesa. We kept having to remind her and in the end, it never came. Luckily, the manager was there and she was nice enough to put the server's mistakes on the house for us. As for my second visit, service was again poor. We had a different server this time and we still had to repeatedly remind her about our drinks. Moreover, when we got our bill, we were charged with an extra bottle of Yellow Tail Shiraz that we never ordered... Just make sure to check your bill before paying!!!
