  • I'm going to be hard on this theatre, as well I do expect better. Every time I have gone here, one of the escalators isn't working, so you have to walk up, which for me isn't a big deal, but the railings are disgusting, you want to puke if you look down at what you are standing on and it's like trying to herd cats. I've never not seen it busier there, especially on an opening night. A lot of the times the machines are down to purchase tickets, people cut in front of you, you don't even know where the line is half the time. The bathrooms are gross. Flat out gross. Nothing more to say there. And the staff could be a little peppier. They aren't helpful, they're abrupt and mostly just rude. Or they are talking to each other behind the counters. And lastly, parking...I'd rather not park and walk 20 minutes to go see a movie. It's better now that they have more parkades, but the mall closes at nine, so it's a long walk to the north and west parkade. If I have the choice I will go to any theatre in Calgary over the Chinook location.
