  • Terrible service. Messed up on a pants hem.. Lengths very obviously not even. When I went back in they were not polite to me, did not apologize, and acted like it was my fault. I'm fine with something not being right as long as customer service is good, a smile is given, and an apology (which I would have readily accepted with a smile). I don't have a lot of patience for rudeness when I am a customer.
