  • I have been stuck using this tow service twice since USAA roadside assistance uses them. I've dealt with lots of towing services over the years and let me tell you, these tow truck drivers are the scariest people you've ever seen. First driver was grouchy and appeared annoyed at everything, and the second was perhaps 'special needs'- looked and talked like he was on a three day bender and practically solicited a tip from me. I dont know if they get paid per mile and therefore they get screwed if its a short trip. Charity also claims to donate some proceeds to charity but who knows if this is true. Also the fact no one from Charity bothers responding to Yelpers shows they do not care.
