  • Wow where to start with this location. 3 bad experiences. 1st. They used impact gun to tighten lugs on my wife's car breaking the acura wheel lock key. Checked and the lugs were torqued to over 180ftlbs!! Took 2 months and a lot of run around for them to replace the oem locks and key. Sent a friend there for an alignment and he had to go back 2 times and it's still not perfect. Another friend just recently went for wheel balance and alignment. Next day he took the car back cause it still vibrated aggressively in the front shaking the steering wheel past 65mph. They didn't touch the car and told him that two wheels were bent and they put them in the back. I drove the car again and the shaking is def from the front and still pulls to the right as soon as letting go of the wheel. Went back and asked that they show me the 16" wheels with 60side walls were bent and was told to wait another hour and half to 2 hours before showing me. Left and took the car to another tireworks and they were able to balance all wheels no problem and said the wheels were not bent at all. Still have to get alignment fixed. So they will waste your time. Lie to your face. Try to get more money out of you. All while being rude showing bad attitude. Seriously stay away. Corporate should shut this location down and hire all new employees with honest and friendly service.
