  • Customer service is a joke here. You would think for how much you pay for a service it would be exceptional ! The young girls who are always at the front counter sit and socialize and when I went in to buy a package of spray tans, the girl said they didn't have any and she couldn't do it! That same night I went online and saw packages were available! I love dolce but seriously train your employees so everyone is on the same page. Btw literally have been on hold for 10 minutes...and hung up... Should have taken a screen shot to upload.
