  • We went in to get frames for our daughter's and son-in-law's college diplomas. The woman behind the counter quoted us over $325 each. Then she had the audacity to tell us that the exorbitant prices were a 40% discount! Seriously? When we expressed our shock, she tossed a plastic thing out on the counter and suggested we go with "something like that" as she made a sour face. How rude! We shopped around and got more than one estimate that was one THIRD of the first one. I will never set foot in that store again. I don't know who the woman thinks she is, or what she thinks she is selling, but she is WAY off the mark. Not a way to do business in our neighborhood where people talk and share their experiences. I recommend Framecraft in Surprise.
