  • Call center for appointments was easy, and the lady who took my appt was very helpful. I requested someone who has experience with special needs children, and told me Dr Duran would be the one. Location, Rainbow/ Lake Mead : staff was friendly and Dr Duran was awesome! Dr Duran was patient and his tone of voice friendly towards my daughter. As with myself, he was very informative on her exam and eye care. He answered everything without me having to ask any questions. In the optical area, we had Rosa help us. She was very friendly and helpful with our options in glasses and packages they offered. We got lucky that my daughters lenses were in stock, and our glasses were ready in 30 min. Same day, Fantastic!
