| - The hotel staff does not care if you are happy with your room or not, I stayed 3 days not one single day I got room service when I asked why nobody has come to clean the room the way at the front desk said you must have the do not disturb sign on the door, I told him that I didn't have a door sign he seemed annoyed and I asked if I could at least get clean towels his response was you have to come get them I sent my daughter to the front desk to get towels the guy was on his personal phone and took his time giving my daughter towels she asked for 4 and the guy told her I only found 2 and left my daughter standing while he continue talking on his cell phone, when I made the reservation I listed 4 guest I arrived to the room there where no towels, the room was dusty, there where blood stains in the wall, I went down to the front desk and showed the lady at the front desk pictures of how the room was and she said well that's what happens when you check in early, I arrived at 2:40 PM and went to the desk and she check me in she never asked me to wait until check in time which is at 3 PM, anyway she gave 2 room keys of different rooms to go check to see if they where better, after driving 5 hours you want to come to the hotel and rest not go back and forth looking for a clean room, finally I found one that was not too bad and moved my staff from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor, go to the bathroom to use the toilet the minute I seated in the toilet seat the whole thing moved to the side I tried to ignored that and get on the bathtub to take a shower the bathtub is clogged!! did the best I could to finish showering there's only 2 towels on the rack! I am trying not to get frustrated because I brought my family for a vacation I went to the tiny closet to put my clothes away the hangers are broken, I decided to take my family out to go get something to eat and on my way out I stopped at the front desk to let the receptionist know about the tub and the toilet and I asked to get more towels. We came back 5 hours later the toilet still the same, no towels they came and unclogged the tub (thank goodness for that) the next day the maid came and knock I opened the door and told her we were leaving in about 5 minutes to come back and to leave me extra towels, we left the whole day and we got back at night the beds were not made, the trash was not emptied and no towels, I didn't complained because I thought the maid had gotten confused by me telling her to come back in 5 minutes, the second day we left very early we were gone the whole day came back at 9 PM to find the room the same way I called the front desk and talked to the guy but he didn't even apologized he seemed bothered for me calling to asked why my room has not been clean, I used the facility laundry room and the pool and there was trash all over the place the trash cans were overflowing, the front desk don't have quarters for the machines they send me across the street to get change, the pool towels look like hand towels, the pool area is no disgusting there are puddles of water and dirt around the pool, the chemicals they use on the pool are so strong that your eyes feel like they burn after being in the water for 5 minutes. When I went to check out the lady at the front desk asked what room number and started to print my receipt and she was having a conversation with the other receptionist complaining that this weekend they have been sold out and that they needed next weekend to be slow because they needed a vacation from so many people, this conversation is going on while I am standing there she never even asked if everything had been good, she gave me the receipt and continued with her conversation, no thank you or come back again, I guess we customers bother them!!
