  • I travel for a living and stay at all types of condos, suites, resorts ect.. and have never been treated with such disregard as here. The rooms are nice and clean but the customer service is not. It costs $50 to get internet in your room, no big deal but it took them 2 days to install it then it didn't work. Since they only take calls before 6pm, I couldn't contact them until the next day. By the time it was fixed, my stay was over and they refused to credit the $50. Oh ya the phone never worked the entire stay either. Luckily i never need to call 911.
