| - I purchased a watch for my husband online and had it delivered to the location in Town Square. I had never been so I called them to ask where in Town Square they were located, no answer, the phone just kept on ringing. I drove around a little to see if I could find them, I called again and they finally answered after a few rings so off I went.
Walking in you won't get greeted, you have to greet them. Same thing when you leave, they don't give you any farewells or thank you for your purchase. You don't feel welcomed at all. What I did notice was that there were three employees working, the store was virtually empty, there was only one couple so I don't know why it was so hard to answer the phone when I called and I doubt they were busy 5 minutes prior to my arrival.
The employee who gave me the watch wasn't friendly at all, he seemed miserable, was quick, didn't really say much to me, just showed me the watch, gave me my receipt, put it in a bag, and that's it. Stellar customer service! NOT. I'm sorry no one got to earn commission because I purchased online, but that doesn't mean you retaliate with horrible customer service. He didn't offer to gift wrap the gift, he didn't tell me to come back if we needed the watch resized. He was very discourteous. First and last time I visit this location, it's so close to work but never again. I ended up getting the watch resized at a different Kay's.
