Extremely unhappy with their customer service! I called to inquire about a spa package i had purchased before they moved to this location, i bought 10 facials and have not finished them yet. However i haven't gone in a long time, so I'm not surprised they cannot find it. I would've been more than happy to pay for a new package or a new facial today. But the staff on the phone was very apologetic and told me to come today and my facial will be free. That is great customer service! EXCEPT AFTER THE FACIAL, they told me it's not free because they found my package and it was finished. Without any proof to show me. Charged me $50 for the facial.
I also spent over $100 buying some products today so i did not go expecting to just get a free facial. If they never told me the facial is free i would've been fine with it. But to tell me it was free and then go back on their words and tell me it's NOT.
THAT IS THE WORST!!. That's no way to treat anyone. You don't make them feel good by rewarding someone and then take it away suddenly making someone feel angry.
I won't be going back to this place again.
And if you are looking for a spa to relax, this is not the place, they talked the entire time during my facial. All they want to do is upsell and push you yo buy products and packages.
Go to other spas that respects your desire to get a treatment in peace.
