  • The company was contracted out to me via my dryer warranty. First off the appointment was scheduled for Tuesday and Tuesday afternoon someone from the office calls me and says they don't know why they scheduled because they're so booked up they can't come until Thursday. I say well I wasn't happy because I've been without a dryer but ok. The tech comes Thursday and spends about 10 mins at the home and says everything was fine. My husband said no it's not look and shows him how the dryer shuts off after 2 minutes and doesn't dry our clothes. He still said it's ok because you can put it on timed dry and turned that on and said I order parts and gave my husband a paper and left. My husband called the number to see when the parts will be in and the lady told him that the tech said there is nothing wrong with your dryer to call our warranty company and ask for a second opinion!!! Are you kidding me a bozo would know the dryer wasn't working and now I have to wait even longer. They're scammers they get the co-pay from my warranty company and do nothing!
