rev:text	okay Just let you know if you want to get cheap rent a car,then Fox is good for you but you might be loose your time and get bad experience. this rent car store is most of the time is busy ( i live in Vegas so i know well) and but customer services. i really don't want to use this place but it's close to my house so when i really need to get a car it's very convenience. but this time they made me change my mind. i asked them that i want to get a compact car. but guy who was at front desk, he offered me to get upgrade my car. but i didn't need to upgrade so i said i'm ok. then he still asked me to why i don't get upgrade. i told him because i just need to use car for the work and i don't really care what's kind of the car i can use. then he got bad mood. after that when i make a payment somehow my card didn't go trough but my card is available so i knew something wrong with their systems. he started get irritated and he asked manager what is wrong. then manager just looked at me ' use different card' manager even didn't take a look what is wrong. ends up my card went to through but to me their are not very nice customer service. i know their busy but to me i would prefer to pay more to get better customer service. so i think i am going to get a car from different company from now.
