  • This apartment community was really great for transition relocating from So. CA to Henderson. I had a couple of maintenance requests which were addressed same day. The property management team were always great to work with. When I needed to switch apartments prior to moving in, they were able to accommodate my request knowing I was in transition and preferred an earlier move in date. I love that they have attached garages. The complex is a bit old and needs updating, but it's still relatively nice. The rent is higher, but likely due to the great school zone. The only real negative is that you pay a $300 cleaning fee so that you don't have to clean the unit when you move out. The assumption when moving in is that you're moving into a unit that has been completely cleaned. The unit I moved in was cleaned okay, however the bathroom was not.
