unacceptable experience - When I first ordered Direct TV the sales people Essentially slammed my credit card. I asked for specific channels and 3 boxes. They said OK then we confirmed what I was being charged for then charged me for 2 boxes and not the channels I requested. After 3 months this was finally worked out and a credit was placed on my account. I assume because listening to the sales call would have been pretty damning.
unreasonable and rude conduct - On one call to a customer service representative, it turned into a yelling match. In the customer service guys defense I started it, but that's only because I was slowly losing my mind. Eventually he had to call back and apologize and the company finally issued a credit to my account after legal action was threatened.
Recently I called to cancel the Sunday ticket package which they said they did... Today I was charged for the Sunday ticket package so I will have to call them again. I also should mention this company is not Accredited with the BBB because they have a pending lawsuit from the FCC because of similar things that I have described in this post... so I guess I'm partially to blame.
