  • Took my acoustic in here for a crack repair, full setup and cleaning. Overall, I was very satisfied with the crack repair, they did a good job refinishing the crack so you can barely tell it's there. The setup and cleaning was a joke. When I got the guitar back there was absolutely no way that they cleaned it, there was still dust and spots on it. I had to take the guitar back because one of the strings was completely buzzing. I ended up taking it to another shop to get re-setup because they did such a crappy job (while charging a high price). I wouldn't recommend this place. Side note: they completely ignore you when you walk in - very bad customer service.
