Scarborough Bluffs is a 15 kilometer long cliff with 11 different parks. The Yelp address will take you to the Scarborough Crescent Park (give you top view of the cliff) while Bluffer's Park (1 Brimley Road S, Toronto, ON M1M 1T9) offers an amazing landscape view of the entire cliff.
Scarborough Crescent Park (based on the Yelp address - 61 Under Cliff Drive, Toronto, ON M1N 3Z5): It is a pretty small park and the edge is barricaded with the fences. Due to the fences and tall trees, I could only get somewhat limited view of the cliff.
Bluffer's Park: This is the park that will give you one of the best bottom level view of the bluffs. Not only does the park have free designated parking lot, there is even a scenic trail to lakefront and a restroom near the parking lot.
If you want to get the most out of this trip and are short on time, then just drive directly to Bluffer's Park and skip Scarborough Crescent Park. It is worth an exra 30-minute drive from downtown Toronto for this breathtaking view.
