  • Been here on three separate occasions with appointments and each time they've been late to take me back. I don't mean five minutes, I mean I wasn't worked on for twenty or so minutes (!!!!) each time. I can't imagine if someone had an actual life unlike me how this could eff up your entire day. There was no acknowledgement either or apology. I literally left before my last appointment as I was sitting there for 15 minutes. Two of my appointments they took in other people before me (?) and the first time here I saw them do that same thing to another woman. Otherwise I really wanted to like this place because it's cheap, tons of colors, and clean but it's just not a feasible idea to expect to come here if you got stuffs to do.
