  • DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SHOP HERE ! All you will receive is horrible quality along with overpriced garbage. My couches are not even 2 years old and have completely fallen apart, still in warranty I called many times to have them repaired only to have to repeat myself 5 Times each time I was passed along in their queue. What needs to be a 5 min phone call turns into a 33 min phone call wasting my time and patience. Finally a repairman comes out takes photos of my couch and leaves within 3 min tells me these couches are done for and I need to call combs right away. As I did and AGAIN passed along in the queue no one is able to assist me told I need to call back the next day ... next day comes along same exact thing but at leas this representative showed a genuine sense of interest and care and tried to help me even tho she couldn't. Call again the day after just to be told that I need to wait for a phone call that Can be happening between now and the next 5 business days . DONT SHOP HERE you're better off going to a swap meet .
