  • Terrible. Had a leaky ac unit and this company was dispatched by our warranty company. Tech came out on 9/29 to diagnose and determined (after cutting a hole in the ceiling and hitting a hole in the roof) that the leak was from a bad ac unit install but it would be covered by the warranty and he would be back on a dry day to fix it, probably the next week. Fast forward two weeks and we received no follow up from them and the warranty company didn't have a diagnosis submitted by CNN. I called CNN and actually got a real live person who seemed baffled that the warranty company hadn't received anything from them but she would resubmit it right then and then also call them to make sure they received it. She also put me on the schedule for a repair for 10/18 between 6am and noon as the first appointment of the day. So the window comes and goes and nobody shows up. We attempted multiple times to contact them via text, phone and email with no replies from any. We requested a different contractor and are filing a contractor complaint with our warranty company so hopefully nobody else has to deal with their terrible customer service and no-shows.
