I see some negative reviews posted, and can't imagine they are more than people with a chip on their shoulder who expected the dealership to give away their product for nothing, and then when they found out otherwise, turned to Yelp as an anger retribution.
My experience purchasing a 2014 Dodge Charger was totally pleasant, one of the best I have ever gone thru (I've purchased over 30 cars in my lifetime so far). Most of the dealings were with Andy via internet, email, and phone. I came very close to my target for both new car price and trade in value (you never get 100% of the target), and they had the paperwork pretty much ready when I arrived, so didn't have to spend all day there. Finance was pleasant. The "upsell" for packages was there, but I didn't feel any pressure to say yes.
I got a few extras thrown in, which is a plus from a customer service standpoint.
I highly recommend Larry Miller Dodge be on your list of potential new car sources.
