  • 6/12/11 WON'T GO BACK. I was seeking a new stylist in Vegas and read some great reviews on Frankie on yelp, so decided to give her a try as I desperately needed some new highlights put in my shoulder length hair. Took some photos with me, she took her time discussing options and showing me hair color samples to ensure we were both on the same page. We decided on some blond highlights and lowlights, similar to one of the photos I brought. She made sure to apply toner to my hair to avoid breakage which was good (am a brunette but just love blond highlights, and am surprised how many stylists in LV actually don't do this). But, I was really disappointed with the color job..... she did not live up to the reviews listed on yelp in my book (which raved about her color ability). First off, it took over 3 hours, which just seemed ridiculously long, even if she was trying to be thorough. Second, she highlighted my hair with way too much blond and not enough contrasting low lights. Really disappointing, especially since I got a coupon for a free haircut if I would write a review online. Alas, my search continues for a good stylist.
