  • Car buying is usually not a great experience, but here, they forget you exist, which forces you to go elsewhere! Frank Mooradian didn't have the common courtesy to respond to my requests during our negotiation of my Explorer. Not professional! He dropped the ball, leaving the salesman Steve empty handed, and unable to help. So I took my business up the street, to TEAM FORD, where the experience was perfect and they appreciated my business. I dove an extra 30 minutes, but they were worth it. Gaudin, you're not worth my time in writing this review, but I feel a little better now that I was able to express my feelings for you! Car shoppers, you can waste your time here!
