So I am upgrading my ratings for them. I have been going their alot recently as the food in the EDR at work is getting to be near inedible. Since I get off work around 9pmish.... They are still open and I can get take out for the next day.... And they are closer to my house then Archi's and they are cheaper. Always a good thing!! :)
Well I finally discovered a stir fried noodle dish that freaking rocks and I have never had this dish anywhere else. It's so freaking good!!! This is one stir fried noodle dish that they have been totally rocking it out on....Khua Kai. It's apparently a Chinese influenced dish lightly seasoned with soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce. All I can say is that it's deliciousness! They basically cook the large flat rice noodles with egg and fried tofu in my case and place it like a large pancake over bean sprouts. They serve this with sweet chilli sauce. And I add some sambal for heat. They almost seem to char the noodles and that charred flavor adds a little smoky flavor to this dish that's top notch!!! For me.... Perfect flavor and perfect texture on the noodles!!(5/5). :)
I'll be going there again soon to see if other dishes that I have not tried live up to this dish. :)
