  • After searching online for days I finally found a place that I thought would be perfect for me... until I called. The woman who answered the phone did not greet me she just picked up the phone and said "please hold" then placed me on hold. I was on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up and called back but no one answered. I waited a little while and called twice more and still no answer. If they can't handle phone calls who knows what other incompetency is in this office.
