Not sure what happened to this CVS, but ever since it isn't a 24 hour Pharmacy the service and quality has gone downhill. I'm having issues with my rx being given to me the way they are prescribed. My other issue is their speed on things. On Friday I was told my rx was out of stock and would be in Monday. Monday came by, nothing. Called and was told it would be another day. Called Tuesday, still not there and was told it would be another business day. Called today and was told it had finally arrived and would be ready by 3 (no one had the courtesy to contact me either like they said they would). Went at 4:30 and had to wait in the drive through for almost 15 minutes (once I got to the window) because it was not ready. The cars before also took a while before they got their prescriptions so I am assuming the same thing happened. I can understand it's hard to keep staff with the turnover they have, but they have got to get it together. Not only did I have an issue getting my prescription, but the service was not great or friendly. I work in health care, I know this is a busy time of the year but not getting people what they need or helping them get it is just unacceptable. Very disappointed and will be looking to changing pharmacy.
