  • I called a 4 days prior to get an estimate done for my front and backyard for Saturday at 11 a.m.. He tells me he's running a little late due to traffic coming from Buckeye (I live in El Mirage). More than an hour and a half goes by and not even a phone call! My wife and I decide to cancel the appointment and find a more reliable landscaper. I don't understand the 5 star rating this company got when it can't even show up to appointments on time or at the very least, call to say he's running late. For someone who claims to be serious about their business, wants to "build an empire", and wants people "to give him a chance"- the lack of initiative clearly shows otherwise. My business will be going somewhere else.
