  • Terrible customer service! Got some breakfast here 01/18/2016.. Was staying at the hotel for a convention over the weekend. Had to leave in a hurry so decided to get some coffee and pastry before we left. The girl at the register was extremely rude and unwelcoming. It seemed that she hated being there. Was rude when answering questions.. I ordered a box of hot cereal but asked for her not to add water to it so I can do so later in the car when I preferred to do so. She ignored my request and still added wated to it. Well, we all make mistakes so I told her, "I asked you not to add the water." With no comments or facial expression, she just grabbed it right out of my hands and threw it in the trash and threw me a new box. I was speechless. I wanted to call the manager but we were in a hurry to leave. Terrible customer service with some really high prices. With it being in a hotel and all.. it's understandable, but the customer service is the quality of a street candy stand! The americano was really good though! Coffee had quality!
