DISH Network has the single worst customer service I've ever encountered. Hidden fees, reps with absolutely no knowledge of the system or the programming, they will tell you anything to get you to sign up. Their technicians didn't even know what was needed to install the new Hopper system and we got 3 different answer from 3 different people. Although they told us the increase from our regular system to the Hopper would only be $6 more, they declined to tell us that each of the Joeys in the other rooms is $7/month EACH. That's an extra $21 per month they didn't disclose after I repeatedly asked to confirm all the fees. The new system has some kind of pause at the end of each show and we've had to reset the box numerous times. Don't call them with questions, they don't have the answers!
